Human Resource Analysis and Staff Reduction: As the mortgage industry was in decline, Indymac had to reduce staff on first a voluntary basis and then through involuntary reductions in force.  This is an example of how the resource analysis was presented to executive management and the Board of Directors. 

Resource and Team Reorganization: In this example, color-coding is used to represent the movement of resources from one team to another.
