Metrics Examples in SharePoint

Graphical Metrics: On this particular window, there are three metrics (System Availability, Cost/FTE and Cost as a % of Revenue) represented in three ways: overall health (represented by Harvey Balls), the actual metric represented in graph form and the variance from the target metric.  Each of the graphs contains a metric target (represented by a red line) and colored bars to represent the relative desirability of the metric result versus the target.  For each of the thumbnail graphs there is an associated larger detailed view that may be viewed.

Textual Information Presented in SharePoint: This is an example of a textual view of Top Initiatives.  The first column represents the project name.  The second column is a description of the project with the estimated cost in the third column.  The fourth column contains the business value of the project with the projected delivery quarter in the fifth column.  In the sixth column is a link to the particular project page in SharePoint with all of the project details.
